Welcome to Standup Drafts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Standup Drafts
mobile application ("App"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please
do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you:

License to Use
ForgedByNeo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the
Standup Drafts App for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
You May:
- Use the App for creating and managing standup drafts
- Connect your Google Calendar for read-only access
- Sync your drafts across multiple devices
- Share drafts with your team members
You May NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
User Accounts
To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Account Security: You are solely responsible for any actions taken through your
account. We are not liable for losses due to stolen or compromised credentials.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including standup drafts and notes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure your content does not violate any laws
- Do not post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Respect intellectual property rights of others
- Do not share confidential information without authorization
Our Rights:
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your content to provide the service
- Back up your content for data recovery purposes
- Display your content to you across your synced devices
Note: We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with third
parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Google Calendar Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar:
- We only access your calendar in read-only mode
- We display events to help you create standup drafts
- We do not modify, delete, or create calendar events
- You can revoke access at any time through app settings or your Google account
Calendar access is subject to Google
API Services User Data Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Attempt to overload or disrupt our servers
- Use automated tools without authorization
Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee:
- Continuous, error-free operation of the App
- That the App will meet all your requirements
- That defects will be corrected immediately
We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payments and Subscriptions
Current Status: Standup Drafts is currently free to use.
If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future:
- We will provide clear pricing information
- You will be notified before any charges
- Subscriptions will be processed through app store payment systems
- Refund policies will follow app store guidelines
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by ForgedByNeo and protected by
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our Trademarks:
- "Standup Drafts" name and logo
- "ForgedByNeo" name and branding
- App design and user interface
You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgedByNeo shall not be
liable for:
- Loss of data or information
- Loss of business or profits
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar API)
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForgedByNeo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising
from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you create or share through the App
Termination
Your Right to Terminate:
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through app settings.
Our Right to Terminate:
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your account is inactive for an extended period
- We discontinue the service
Effect of Termination:
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App ends immediately
- Your data may be deleted as per our Privacy Policy
- Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Posting the new Terms in the App
- Sending an email for significant changes
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of India.
